WHOA! How does she get the baby to sit like that?
First and foremost: If you are NOT a trained professional, DO NOT ATTMEPT THIS POSE!
This is a very advanced pose.
Let me explain that my hands NEVER leave the baby during this pose. There is NO SAFE WAY that babies can hold themselves up. I am supporting them completely.
If you have had a session with me, you have seen this in person. You have probably also spotted on other poses and I have removed your hand and arm. There are some poses that just need a hand.
The wonderful thing about it all is that Photoshop is amazing when you know how to use it.
Froggy
yes, that is what this pose is called because they look like cute little frogs with their toes peeking out.
This shot is only possible with what is called a composite.
I take 2 shots: one where I am holding the top of baby's head and one where I am holding their arms.
I take several of these to ensure that I have the angle correct.
When editing, I take the photo and composite to look like the baby is sitting there unassisted.
Newborn safety is SOOOOOOOOO very important.
Please make sure that when you are choosing your photographer that they understand safety.
